1. About this policy
This policy explains how Lesokart Industries Private Limited ("Lesokart", "we", "us") handles personal information when you use our Odoo customer services, request a quotation, place an order, or communicate with us by email, telephone or WhatsApp. It covers odoo.lesokart.com and our business communication, including WhatsApp number +91 76203 26246. Separate websites or services may display their own privacy and cookie notices.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, such as your name, business name, telephone number, email address, billing and delivery addresses, tax or business identifiers where needed, enquiry details, drawings and specifications, order details, and messages or attachments you send. Information in business documents can identify customer, supplier or business-contact representatives.
Our systems may also record technical information such as IP address, browser details, access times, session identifiers and security logs. This policy does not describe analytics or advertising tools on separately operated websites.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, review requirements, prepare quotations, process orders, coordinate procurement and production, arrange delivery, issue invoices and payment communications, provide support, maintain business records, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. We process information on the grounds permitted by applicable law, including consent where required.
4. WhatsApp and email communication
We use business messaging to handle enquiries, quotations, orders, delivery updates, billing questions and support. Where connected, WhatsApp messages, contact details and attachments are recorded in our Odoo system and can be accessed by authorized personnel handling your request. Our WhatsApp service uses the WhatsApp Business Platform and associated service providers.
Our WhatsApp communication is for your enquiries, orders and related service updates, including quotation, production, dispatch, invoice and payment updates; we do not use it to send promotional messages. You may reply STOP or email us to stop WhatsApp updates. Necessary order or service communications may then be provided through another appropriate channel. Stopping WhatsApp updates does not cancel an order or automatically delete records we must retain.
Please do not send passwords, OTPs, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information in messages. Meta/WhatsApp and email providers also process information under their own policies.
5. Sharing and service providers
We share information with authorized staff and service providers as necessary for the purposes above. Depending on the service, these may include our Odoo and hosting providers, Google Workspace, Meta/WhatsApp and messaging providers, delivery and subcontracting partners, accountants and professional advisers. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal claims. Providers may process information in countries outside your own, subject to applicable requirements.
We do not sell customer personal information.
6. Retention and security
Our standard business-record retention period is at least five years for enquiry, order and related WhatsApp communication records, subject to applicable legal requirements. Records may be retained longer where needed for ongoing business matters, accounting, tax, contractual obligations or disputes. You may contact us to request a review of retained information, subject to ongoing business needs and applicable requirements. Deletion from active systems and expiry of backup copies may occur on different schedules.
We use appropriate organizational and technical safeguards for information under our control. No system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your requests and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of personal information, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or raise a privacy concern. Contact us using the details below. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. Some records may be retained where required or permitted by law. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing and may limit services that need the information.
8. Cookies, links and children
Our Odoo services use cookies to maintain sessions, language preferences and necessary functionality. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may prevent login or other functions. External services and websites have their own privacy policies. Our services are intended for business customers and are not directed at children.
